Brainstorm Blog #2

As a computer science major I am in the forefront of the technological revolution. Computers and technology is our future and everything is moving towards a more digital age and digital interactions and digital work. However as amazing as the digital world can be we tend to forget about where we came from. Mother nature is the most beautiful thing we have in this world and sometimes we forget that we are kind of destroying her. For this project I would like to take the listener on a journey through human evolutions. I want to use a lot of natural sounds that slowly transition into more machine and human sounds. The idea would highlight the loss of nature as it slowly gets overrun by industry and human ambitions. It would stick to the three part idea that 4:33 has. The first part would be almost all natural sounds, be very calming and no human made sounds. This would transition into part two where we begin to hear various sounds made by humans. They would get louder and drown out the natural sounds. Part three would be chaos, lots and lots of noise and all of would would be very mechanical.
